Ershad Ullah | Managing Partner

Ershad leads the firm and works closely with clients on structuring, tax strategy, and long- term planning—particularly for property investors and business owners. With over 20 years of experience advising clients on complex matters,

Ershad has developed strong expertise in areas such as business advisory, trust structures, capital gains tax, and asset protection. His approach is focused on forward planning—helping clients make the right decisions early, rather than reacting at year end. He is actively involved in working with clients who require more than just compliance, bringing a practical and commercial perspective to tax and business decisions.

Lilian Fisher | Non-Executive Partner

Lilian brings over 20 years of experience in public practice, including time with Deloitte and leading advisory firms.

She has worked with a broad range of clients, from individuals to
established businesses, and is known for her practical and client-focused approach.
As a Non-Executive Partner, Lilian continues to provide valuable insight and support across the practice. Her depth of experience and understanding of client needs play an important role in maintaining the high standard of service the firm is known for.

Defy Gunadi | Associate Partner

Defy plays a key role in managing client relationships and overseeing the delivery of accounting and tax services across the firm.

She works closely with clients on their ongoing tax affairs, ensuring compliance obligations are met while also identifying practical tax planning opportunities. Defy is known for her
attention to detail, strong technical knowledge, and ability to manage complex matters efficiently.
As an Associate Partner, she is often the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in maintaining a high standard of service across the practices.

Mahfreen Mistry | Senior Accountant

Mahfreen has been working as a tax accountant since 2008 and has experience predominantly working on SME’s and individuals. Experienced and enthusiastic, Mahfreen likes to proactively provide each client with the best tax advice in a professional and timely manner to best suit their business needs. She joined Camden Professionals early 2022 as a Senior Accountant and enjoys being part of our dynamic team.

Mahfreen was born in India, she moved to Australia in 2005 and successfully completed her Masters in Professional Accounting. She aspires to learn and grow with Camden Professionals over the coming years and build trustworthy relationships with her clients.

Saphira Indrawan | Senior Manager

Saphira is a Senior Client Manager and has been working in public practice for over 10 years.

She holds Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from Edith Cowan University and is also a Certified Practising Accountant. She joined our team in 2015 and have enjoyed being part of the family to nurture and take care of Perth clients’ accounting needs.

She has broad experience in business and taxation services for Medium to Large Family Groups, SME businesses as well as Property Investors. Saphira is passionate about being her clients’ trusted advisor and enjoys assisting clients in finding the most practical and cost effective solutions in a timely manner.

Mila Fotchenkova | Senior Accountant

Mila is a qualified CPA with more than 8 years experience in providing accounting and taxation services for a wide range of SMEs and individual clients.

Mila strives to provide reliable, quality service to her clients. She loves working in the accounting profession as there is always something new to learn and the opportunity to meet new people.

When she is not working, Mila loves getting away for the weekend with her family in WA South West or venturing outdoors for a casual bike ride along Swan River.

Allan Ho | Client Manager

Allan was born in South Africa where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting and Business Management Majors) with The University of South Africa.  He relocated to Australia in 2008 and has worked in both the banking/finance and accounting fields.

He has over 30 years of working experience and vast knowledge and expertise in accounting, taxation, banking and finance. This knowledge and experience is used and shared with his business and personal clients, to assist them in the achievement of their financial objectives.

Allan is passionate about the delivery of a quality services and having satisfied clients. Outside of work, he enjoys his time outdoors and getting back to nature.
